NHN Nomex Paper C Class 200 Degree Resistant Polyimide Film Flexible Laminates
product detail
High-Performance Thermal & Electrical Insulation NHN is a premier flexible composite material consisting of a layer of Polyimide film bonded between two layers of Nomex® paper. This sandwich construction maximizes the advantages of both materials: the Nomex® provides mechanical toughness and oil absorption, while the Polyimide film ensures exceptional electrical insulation and heat resistance. Rated for Class H (180°C) applications, NHN maintains its physical and electrical properties even under continuous high-temperature stress.
Key Technical Features
-
Class H Heat Resistance: Reliably operates at continuous temperatures up to 180°C.
-
Superior Dielectric Strength: The Polyimide core offers a high breakdown voltage, essential for compact electrical designs.
-
Mechanical Integrity: Excellent tear resistance and tensile strength, allowing the material to withstand the rigors of automated motor winding.
-
Chemical & Moisture Resistance: Resists common industrial solvents and maintains insulation performance in humid environments.
Precision Die-Cutting & Custom Fabrication To streamline your production process, we offer advanced die-cutting and slitting services. We can process NHN into precision-engineered components, including motor slot liners, phase insulation, and custom spacers. Our high-tolerance cutting ensures each piece fits perfectly into your electrical assembly, reducing manual labor and improving final product reliability.
