3M™ 8810 is a 10-mil (0.25 mm) high-performance thermal conductive adhesive transfer tape designed to provide a preferential heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. Kingzom Tapes provides this professional-grade solution to eliminate the need for mechanical fasteners (such as screws or clips) while ensuring robust thermal management in sensitive electronic assemblies.

The tape features a highly filled acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) integrated with specialized ceramic fillers. This construction enables 3M 8810 to offer excellent specialized wetting properties, ensuring maximum contact on irregular substrates and low thermal resistance at the interface.
