Application

Motor electromechanical use

The body of motor electrical equipment is prone to heat when rotating. To protect circuit boards, etc., polyimide tape is used for heat insulation and insulation protection.

Use of electronic and electrical products

Manufacturers and the communication maintenance market usually use thermal insulation materials to paste electronic and electrical products, including computer motherboards, computer CPUs, speakers, etc., which mainly serve as thermal insulation protection and ensure the normal use of the products.

Solder usage

When soldering, a capacitor is usually used to spot the tin and transfer it to other places. Since the melting point of tin is around 230 degrees, polyimide tape is used to assist.

Spray paint and high temperature masking

It is suitable for high-temperature spraying of metal materials, and the baking paint covers the surface protection. After the high-temperature spraying paint is baked, it can be easily peeled off without leaving any residual glue

  • TDK ALT Series & Magnetic Components: Ideal for securing and insulating ultra-fine magnet wires and fixing cores in TDK ALT series inductors and high-frequency transformers.

  • 3D Printing & Aerospace: Used as a bed surface adhesive for 3D printers and for temporary mounting in aerospace assembly where high-heat resistance is mandatory.

  • PCB & Flex Circuit Mounting: Perfect for bonding flexible printed circuits (FPC) or fixing SMD components during reflow soldering processes.

  • EV Battery Pack Assembly: Provides reliable cell-to-cell bonding and insulation within lithium-ion battery modules, meeting strict safety and thermal standards.

  • Thermal Shielding & Masking: Acts as a high-temperature bonding agent for heat shields, thermocouples, and sensors in automotive and industrial engines.
